No one talked me out of it. In fact, about fifty loving commenters (read: devil’s advocates) chimed in with enthusiasm and within two months we’d figured out how to do enough damage with an angle grinder to install a serving window in an old beat-up cargo van that we have since lovingly converted into an ice cream truck. We christened her Big Bertha.
